Progressing the sale. This is another area that Estate Agents suggest they earn their money. Once you have found a buyer there is a very good chance they want the property. If you have sold to them they have probably not been ‘pushed’ as they would by an Estate Agent into a rash decision and are therefore more likely not to change their mind. All that need be done once you have accepted an offer on your property is to keep in close contact with the buyer through weekly calls, you should also keep in close contact with your conveyancer and ask them to keep in close contact with the buyers conveyancer.
