Estate Agents do arrange the viewings but how difficult is it to answer the telephone and describe the property. Estate Agents charge between 2 and 4% of the property's value which can equate to many thousands of pounds and this is one of the best arguments they can give for their extortionate fees!!
They may send a 'viewer' to show the potential buyer around the property but generally speaking the 'viewer' will be a student that has no idea about the propert or the area. The only person in an ideal situation to sell the property is you. So why pay an Estate Agent many thousands of pounds.
